A celebrant ceremony is not a legal ceremony, should you wish to include a legal element, that would be conducted by a registrar for a small fee and this takes about 5 minutes to conduct. A registrar led ceremony is not bespoke, you would meet the allocated registrar just before the ceremony and therefore it wouldn’t be a personalised bespoke service especially tailored for you
